Much importance is dedicated to the personnel, which takes care of the cleanness of the hotel room, ensures the security and, if necessary, offers some extra services as in-room spa treatment and massage. The former two are the precondition of good hotel service, while the former gives luxury points to the room and to the hotel on the whole.

If talking about hotel rooms it is necessary to stress the importance of the view behind the window. Sometimes the windows overlook the ocean and the hotel beach. This adds points to the luxury of the hotel room. The higher the room is the better. If the window gives onto the city streets the room is less favoured.
