Luxury Hotels Intro |
| For years people are
flocking to big cities to experience luxury accommodation and big city
style. And they find it in hotels
of New York, Paris, London and Dubai.
Since the late nineties the number of luxury hotels noticeably
rose.
It was due to the rising income of the population. Here appears the
question what a luxury hotel is and what are the standards.
The first criterion is the location of the hotel. The closer
it is
to
the center - the more luxurious the hotel is. In big cities like Paris
and New York the luxury of the hotel is defined by the magnificent view
that opens up, by the panorama of city's best attractions.
The next criterion is service rates. Definitely a hotel cannot
be considered luxurious just because of the star rating. Very important
thing is the level of facilities the lodger is offered. It must exceed
all the other hotels, because the hotel accommodation price in the
luxury hotels is "pleasantly"
high. Other things that must be included are concierge, shuttle
services to the city, hotel
airport, good laundry services. The personnel must be very
qualified and always timely with the help.
Of course the facilities should be the best. But lots of them as such
may be found in other hotels, so the luxury hotel has to correspond to
its title and offer something unusual and unique e.g. spa treatment, hotel beach if on
the
sea-side, modern style of the decor, health club, sauna, a fitness
center, restaurants, massage treatments, ballrooms. The
architecture also counts. To be more precise, luxury hotels pay very
much attention to inconspicuous for mediocre people details.
Luxury hotels are uneasy to be replicated. they provide the services of
such a standard that people are willing to visit them again and again.
